I'm thinking of running a Winter golf league to keep some of us busy over the winter months. The idea is that you enter as a pair and depending on how popular this is, I'll either divvy us into a couple of leagues (of approx 3-5 pairs) or we'll just all play against each other with the top two contesting some sort of final in the Spring followed by a curry and beers.

Details to be finalised depending on response but I'd like to get this up and running by the start of October. Simple rules being any pair should contain at least one Spye Park player/member & all levels of golfer welcomed (we'll just have to 'verify' handicaps....!)

As to where we can play - one or two of us are members at places so we can get cheaper green fees for others. There are also some decent winter bargains floating about to take advantage of.
